The shampoo bar was moisturizing to the hair, I applied the protein treatment to the hair and stayed with it for the recommended time though the instructions do not state whether a plastic cap should be worn and if heat should be used so I don't know if I did it correctly. The hair does feel stronger and breakage is reducing.

I don't know if it's just my hair but the shampoo bar left/leaves my hair dry. The deep conditioner and the leave in conditioner left/leaves my hair super soft and really smells nice.
